For Employers

Staffing that holds up under scrutiny

A bad hire and an unclear employment setup cost more than the placement fee itself. That's why we document every step: from qualification checks through work permits to the monthly invoice. You keep the final say on every candidate — we give you the paper trail to back it.

The selection process in four steps

  1. 01

    Needs analysis and role profile

We capture the job scope, shift pattern, required certificates, language level and work location. You then get a written estimate of candidate availability, a realistic timeline, and the going pay range in the target market.

    1–2 business days
  2. 02

    Screening and qualification checks

Every candidate goes through a structured interview, verification of trade certificates, driving licences, forklift certificates or professional recognition, plus a reference check with the previous employer. You receive anonymised profiles including CEFR language level.

    5–10 business days
  3. 03

    Legal processing and relocation

We arrange the work permit or residence title, A1 certificate, social security registration, tax ID, occupational health check, housing and transfer to the work site.

    10–15 business days
  4. 04

    Onboarding and on-site support

Safety briefing in the worker's native language, support through the first week on the job, and a dedicated coordinator as your point of contact and the employee's. If a placement doesn't work out, we replace it within the agreed window.

    ongoing

Legal and organisational advantages

  • Fully compliant employment

Employment under German law — temporary staffing or direct placement, depending on the model. Minimum wage or collective agreement rates, working-time records and registration duties are documented and available for inspection.

  • Verified qualifications

Trade certificates, diplomas and driving licences are checked against the original documents and, where required, handed over with a certified translation. For regulated professions, we manage the recognition process.

  • Documented language level and safety briefing

We document language level on the CEFR scale and run the safety briefing in the employee's native language. For blue-collar roles, we guarantee at least a functional conversational level.

  • Housing and transport arranged

Accommodation that meets German workplace housing standards, plus relocation and transport between housing and the work site. Your HR team never has to touch this.

  • Replacement guarantee

If a placed worker leaves within the agreed period, we replace them without a second placement fee. The terms sit in the framework agreement, not in the fine print.

  • GDPR-compliant data handling

Candidate data is processed for a defined purpose, and we provide a data processing agreement on request. Contact details are shared only after your selection decision and with the candidate's consent.

Transparent billing

The contracting party and invoicing entity is Milux Ventures, with an office at Augustusplatz 1-4, 04109 Leipzig. One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.

Discuss Your Role Profile
  • A fixed fee model, agreed in writing in the framework agreement before the first placement
  • No upfront payment and no charge for searches that don't lead to a placement
  • One consolidated monthly invoice with hours worked broken out per employee
  • Travel, housing and permit costs are quoted in advance and itemised separately
  • 30-day payment terms, billing in EUR, VAT shown on every invoice

For Candidates

You travel for a confirmed job, not a gamble

Before you travel, you already know where you'll work, what you'll earn, where you'll live, and what it costs. Everything in writing. Once you're there, a coordinator is on hand to help you settle in and deal with paperwork.

  • Legal employment from day one

A written contract in a language you understand, registration for social security and health insurance, and documented working hours. Minimum or collective-agreement pay — you can check it on your own payslip.

  • Housing confirmed before you travel

We arrange accommodation close to your workplace and give you the monthly cost in writing before you decide. No promises that only become specific once you're already there.

  • Travel and paperwork handled

We organise your journey, registration with the local authorities, tax ID, bank account, occupational health check and, if needed, your work permit or residence title.

  • Support in your language

A dedicated coordinator supports you through onboarding, translates during conversations with your employer, and helps with questions about pay, leave or sick notes.

  • Pay on time, straight to your account

Your wages land in your account on a fixed date each month, with an hours breakdown. If something doesn't add up, we sort it out with your employer on your behalf.

  • A path to staying long-term

Some of our placements convert into a direct contract with the German employer. We also help with qualification recognition and language courses if you want to move up.

What you need to apply

  • A valid ID card or passport
  • A CV listing your recent jobs — a plain list is enough
  • Diplomas, certificates or licences, if you have them
  • A phone number and email address so we can reach you
  • The earliest date you're able to start

Placement is free for candidates. Our fee is paid by the hiring company.

Trust & Compliance

Who's behind this agency

Cross-border staffing only works when the details can be verified. That's why we name the invoicing entity, the office address, and the scope of our candidate screening before you work with us.

  • Three-step candidate verification

Identity check against government ID, review of trade certificates and diplomas in the original, and a reference check with the previous employer. The outcome is recorded in the candidate profile.

  • Labour-law compliance

We only work with employment models that comply with German labour and social security law. Registration duties, minimum wage and working-time records are part of every engagement.

  • Data protection and processing agreements

Processing follows GDPR, with defined retention periods for candidate data. A data processing agreement is available on request.

  • One entity for billing and operations

Contracts, invoicing and day-to-day operations run through Milux Ventures. No rotating intermediary companies, no unclear payment paths.
